Rome Ramirez Biography

Born in Fremont, California USA, on June 11, 1988, vocalist + guitarist & songwriter Rome Ramirez first came to notoriety when in 2009 began performing with former Sublime members, Eric Wilson and Bud Gaugh, who had disbanded since the 1996 death of Bradley Nowell who died as a result of a drug overdose. Aroud this time Ramirez also collaborated with The Dirty Heads on Hot Modern Rock #1 single "Lay Me Down".
Los Angeles judge Howard Matz has sided with the family of the Bradley Nowell estate to block the use of the surviving members from using Sublime name in upcoming performances.
Fifteen years after the release of the Ska-Punk trio last official studio album, in the summer of 2011 Sublime returned, though now under the new name, Sublime With Rome, with "Yours Truly".

Rome first solo release, a 4-track EP titled "Dedication", was released in June 2012 on Fueled by Ramen Records.

Latest News:

The artist's debut full-length album, "Get Free", is expected to come out on August 12, 2014. The first single is titled "If The World".
